
This work focuses on internal communication at Lácteos San Antonio C.A., highlighting its
significance as a crucial strategic factor for organizational cohesion and alignment. Through

detailed analysis, key areas requiring improvement were identified, such as a lack of message
clarity, uneven distribution of communication responsibilities, and the need to enhance
employee participation. Although the company has a solid communication framework, the
research reveals that optimization is needed to maximize its effectiveness. Strategic solutions
were proposed, including the adoption of advanced digital tools to facilitate information flow
and the implementation of internal campaigns to raise employee awareness about their role
in communication. The designed internal communication plan is characterized by its innovative
approach, emphasizing digitalization and the creation of interactive channels to foster constant
and effective dialogue across all organizational levels. Additionally, a continuous measurement
system is incorporated to assess the impact of implemented strategies and allow dynamic
adjustments based on obtained results. This work underscores that internal communication is
more than an operational function; it is a vital strategic element for corporate success. The
successful execution of the proposed actions will not only improve cohesion and the work
environment but also enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement. With this
approach, Lácteos San Antonio will position itself as a more agile, aligned organization, wellprepared to face future challenges.
